Overview
At RaspiAudio, we want you to be happy with your project. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging (unopened).

Not soldered or modified. Due to the nature of DIY electronics, we cannot accept returns for components that have been soldered, wired, or altered in any way.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Before sending anything back, please email us at info@raspiaudio.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return.

Wait for Approval: We will review your request and provide instructions.

Ship the Item: Once approved, mail your product to our headquarters in France.
⚠️ Important for International Customers (USA, UK, CA, etc.): Regardless of where your order was originally shipped from (US or EU logistics centers), all returns must be shipped to our main workshop in France.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $50/€50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it.

If your return is approved (item is sealed/new), we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a defective item or if it was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@raspiaudio.com.

Please include photos of the damage or a description of the technical issue.

For genuine manufacturing defects, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
